The West Leederville Primary P&C is an active group supported by the skills, time and financial contributions of our local community.
Our funding contributions to the school – along with the dedicated WLPS teaching staff – contribute greatly to the WLPS standing as one of Western Australia’s top primary schools.
Your support in choosing to pay the P&C levy in your children’s booklists is greatly appreciated and facilitates many extra initiatives, activities and resources for West Leederville Primary. We also appreciate the support and contributions of our families and friends throughout the school year in their attendance at fundraising events such as our West Leederville Fete and annual Quiz Night.
You will see that the funding contributions greatly contribute to the quality of learning and infrastructure (including playgrounds) at WLPS. Donations are also gratefully received.
Keep an eye on our upcoming events for opportunities to attend great social functions or offer a little time to help raise much needed funds!

FUNDING 2015:
The P&C have committed funds toward the following-
- continuing our early morning literacy groups, a program proving to be very successful at helping some of our younger students tackle the trickier skills of learning to read and write;
- purchasing a blue faction tent for our new faction, Cambridge, to be launched in 2015;
- reducing the cost to families of bus travel, to and from sporting and cultural events, so that we can do more of these throughout the year counteracting in some small way the restrictions of our small school site;
- the schools budgets in maths, English, physical education, music, science, library and early childhood allowing us to provide modern, effective learning resources to our ever increasing student population;
- assisting WLPS to create great learning spaces in both the main hall on the main site and the kindergarten facilities off-site at Lake Monger Primary School.
- 2015 Chaplaincy program.
